At EssenVana, each shower steamer is handcrafted in small batches just for you.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at essenvana.selfcare@gmail.com.
Include:

1. Your order number

2. Your name and contact details

3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

We recommend keeping the original packaging, as photos may be required to process a claim with our shipping partner.
We are committed to making things right and will work with you to find the best solution.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are made-to-order and may be prepared within the same day or within 1–3 working days.

1. Full cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. If production has already started, a 20% handling fee will apply to cover materials and labor.
