All EssenVana products are handmade in small batches. Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to update, limit, or discontinue any item without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If production has already begun, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover preparation costs.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our handcrafted wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.
